What to put in your enquiry

You do not need to know pixel pitch, brightness or a tier name to write to us. What helps, in this order: the size of the wall you have in mind (width by height in metres, or a total surface — an approximation is fine); the installation address, because sun exposure, orientation and access decide more than the screen does, and the address stays confidential; whether the screen is indoor, outdoor or in a shop window facing the street; and, if you can, two or three photographs of the place. A photograph of the wall and the space in front of it answers half of our questions before we ask them.

If you already know what you want — a permanent LED wall, a rental for an event or a trade show, an operating lease on a fixed installation, lighting or distribution products, or a repair on a wall you bought elsewhere — say so in the first line. It routes the enquiry to the person who will actually do the work, not to a switchboard.

How we reply

A written answer within 24 working hours, from the technical team, in English if you write in English. For a permanent installation anywhere in Italy the next step is a free site survey: we come, we measure the space, the viewing distances and the electrical supply, and only then we propose a configuration. We would rather propose than promise — a wall sized on a phone call is the one that gets resized on the day of installation.

Our position is worth stating before you write: we prefer to educate a buyer than to close a sale, and if the only criterion is the lowest price we are probably not the right supplier. If the criteria are what the wall is made of, how it is measured and how long it will run, we are.

Visiting the showrooms

The operations centre in Arzano (Corso Salvatore d'Amato 33, 80022 Arzano, Naples) houses the technical centre, the installation team and the laboratory; the flagship showroom in Naples (Via Galileo Ferraris 29, 80142) has large LED screens running, so the quality tiers can be compared side by side under the same light; a third space in Calata Capodichino 113 (80137 Naples), dedicated to home automation and LED walls, is being fitted out. Opening hours for all sites: Monday to Friday 10:30–19:30, Saturday 10:30–13:30, closed on Sunday. An appointment is recommended, so that the right person is there.

Where we work

Installations across Italy from the two Campania sites, and abroad when the project asks for it: recent work includes a boutique in Paris, an exhibition stand in Cologne, a four-sided LED cube in Haikou, China, and our own stand at ISE in Barcelona. Trade-show rentals travel from Italy to exhibition centres in Italy, Germany, France and Spain with our own team and vehicles. Components are sourced directly at origin, in southern China between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and qualified in our laboratory before they enter an installation.
