Transport (round trip)
We bring the LED wall to your booth at Fiera Bolzano, Bolzano (Bozen), and take it back after the show.
Exhibiting at Klimahouse (Fiera Bolzano, Bolzano (Bozen))? We bring the LED wall (or video wall) ready to your booth: transport, assembly, dismantling and on-site technical support included. The right screen for your booth at a sustainable building show, indoor and outdoor, turnkey — from a vertical totem to a large backdrop.

Precision setup within the exhibition centre schedule, dismantling at the end of the event.
A technician on call or on site for the whole show: a failure mid-fair is not something a call centre can fix.
Novastar video processor and calibration kept show after show: the wall is ready to receive your signal.
Sound system and on-site video engineer on request, up to full-time content operation.
In-house production of motion graphics, video and live content, cut to the exact screen format.
Preparing the stand? Our guide what decides whether a LED wall works at a trade show (in Italian) sets out the four things that are discovered late — the power the organiser assigns you, the weight and how the wall stands, the distance at which people actually pass, the build-up window — with the figures we use when we prepare a quote. The same figures, applied to Klimahouse, are in the sections below.
Klimahouse is held at Fiera Bolzano (Piazza Fiera 1, Bolzano), in Bolzano (Bozen), South Tyrol. We deliver the LED wall to the booth inside the exhibition centre, within the build-up window that Fiera Bolzano assigns to the halls, and we collect it after the closing — transport, assembly, dismantling and on-site support are quoted as separate items, so you can see what each one costs for Klimahouse.
Fiera Bolzano is a venue we know from other shows — Hotel Bolzano are on our calendar as well — so for Klimahouse the practical details of the site (vehicle gates, hall access, where a structure can and cannot stand) are not discovered on the day.
Klimahouse is a trade show for sustainable building. That changes what the screen at your booth has to do, and therefore which screen we bring to Bolzano (Bozen).
Energy, environment and building-technology shows are where a screen has to prove a claim: consumption figures, a plant schematic, a before-and-after. At Klimahouse the content is data-heavy — charts, numbers, small text — so pixel pitch is chosen for legibility at the distance of the aisle, and the wall is set to a brightness that does not wash out fine detail.
Exhibitors at Klimahouse also ask, reasonably, what the screen itself consumes. A dark-background content typically draws a third of the power of a white one; we can tell you the wall's real draw from the size you choose, and design the content brief accordingly.
Klimahouse does not have a fixed edition date in our calendar, so we do not print one: tell us the dates of the edition you are exhibiting at and the quote is built on them. Exhibition centres open the halls to stand builders in the days before the opening — usually the two days before — and the LED wall goes up once your stand's walls are finished, inside the window assigned to your hall.
Dismantling starts as soon as Klimahouse closes, often the same evening, with every exhibitor in the hall packing at once. For a booth-sized wall the work itself is a matter of hours. If the closing is late and the halls do not allow dismantling that night, the wall stays at the stand and must be kept in custody until our team collects it the next morning — the quote says which of the two applies.
For Klimahouse we recommend booking at least three to four weeks ahead, which is the time it takes to reserve the hardware and plan the logistics around the venue's rules. Short-notice requests are not refused: they are answered with what is actually available.
Three numbers decide whether a LED wall works at Klimahouse, and none of them is on the screen's data sheet. The first is power. Our standard fair panel draws about 494 W per square metre at full white: a 3 m² wall is around 1.5 kW, a 6 m² wall around 3 kW — the whole of the single-phase 16 A socket (about 3.6 kW) that most exhibitors order with the stand — and a 10 m² wall, at roughly 4.9 kW, needs a 32 A supply or a dedicated line. That is the peak, not the average, but a circuit breaker trips on the peak. Send us the wall size before you close the electrical order for Klimahouse and we tell you what to book.
The second is weight and support. A fair wall weighs between 18 and 30 kg per square metre depending on the series, plus the structure that holds it — well within what any hall floor at Fiera Bolzano carries, so at Klimahouse the floor is not the question. The constraint is how it stands: a ground-support structure inside the stand needs around 40 cm of depth behind the screen for frame and cabling, while hanging from the hall roof depends on the venue, has a rigging cost and must be requested from the organiser weeks in advance. Ask your stand builder how much depth is behind the screen before the floor plan is signed.
The third is distance. A millimetre of pixel pitch wants roughly a metre of viewing distance before the dots show; in a booth at Klimahouse a visitor is often at two metres or less, which is why we bring fine-pitch panels as a rule and choose a wider pitch only when the screen sits high above the stand or faces the aisle from a distance. We rent from 6 m² upwards, in cabinet multiples, and we carry about ten per cent of the cabinets as spares.
A tempting price often hides poor technical skill. We come in person, with spare parts and instruments: our lab repairs down to the single LED and is equipped to intervene on site. We don't leave you a toll-free number — we leave you a technician.

Tell us booth, hall and dates: we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.
get in touch →It depends on booth size, duration and service level. For a standard indoor event, packages start from around €4,490 + VAT (Silver, including transport, assembly and support). For Klimahouse we prepare a tailored quote within 24h — get in touch and we'll get back to you.
Yes. We coordinate with the schedule and rules of the Bolzano (Bozen) (Italy) exhibition centre: delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection are included. You focus on the booth, we take care of the screen.
For trade fairs we recommend at least 3–4 weeks to secure hardware and logistics. For urgent requests, contact us anyway: we often cover short notice too.
We rent from 6 m² upwards, modular to fit your booth width and height — from a vertical totem to a large backdrop, indoor and outdoor. Not sure about the size? We advise you.
