It depends on booth size, duration and service level. For a standard indoor event, packages start from around €4,490 + VAT (Silver, including transport, assembly and support). For Anuga we prepare a tailored quote within 24h — get in touch and we'll get back to you.
Do you deliver and assemble directly at the booth in Cologne?
Yes. We coordinate with the schedule and rules of the Cologne (Germany) exhibition centre: delivery, assembly, dismantling and collection are included. You focus on the booth, we take care of the screen.
How far in advance should I book?
For trade fairs we recommend at least 3–4 weeks to secure hardware and logistics. For urgent requests, contact us anyway: we often cover short notice too.
What LED wall sizes are available?
We rent from 6 m² upwards, modular to fit your booth width and height — from a vertical totem to a large backdrop, indoor and outdoor. Not sure about the size? We advise you.
